This is 100% correct, transcribed from a video of Shane Bernard playing it.
Note that in the album version, Pages, he plays it at Capo 3.
But in most live versions, he'll play it Capo 5.
That said, most guys can't hit an A above middle C (i.e. halle-LU-ujah).
Also, he plays the short-cut F, not the barre chord.
